With the introduction of the second generation Longport system, providing a form, fit and function replacement for the first generation and securing the future of the Longport for a further 10 years, this is formal notification that the first generation Longport products are being declared End of Life.

Lifecycle Dates
As part of our EoL process, Sunhillo is providing guidance with respect to the following:
- Last Order Date: Orders will be accepted for twelve (12) months following the release date of this notice
- Last Shipment Date: Orders placed before the Last Order Date must be scheduled for shipped no later than eleven (11) months after the Last Order Date.
- End of Support Date: Sunhillo will provide five (5) years support from the release date of this notice, after which time Sunhillo will no longer provide any support, nor issue RMAs, for Affected Product. In the event that third party components, used in the manufacture of Affected Product, are declared End of Life or test rigs become unavailable prior to the End of Support date stated in this notice, support will continue to be provided on a best efforts basis during the remainder of the declared support period for affected products.
