​Sunhillo Corporation is pleased to announce that Aireon is utilizing Sunhillo’s surveillance data conversion and distribution products both within the Aireon core network and for several Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) .
Effective last month, Aireon’s space-based air traffic surveillance system for Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) equipped aircraft went into live operations. Aireon is the first ever, global air traffic surveillance system, and is currently in trial use over the North Atlantic Ocean. Deployment will commence in seven additional regions by the end of the year.

The sale is effective immediately and includes all existing FAA contract services work under contract with STS.
